Weekly Islamic School

Dear Brothers and Sisters; Assalamo Alaikum; As per the decision of the MANAL General Body Meeting held on January 4, 2020, we are pleased to announce the start of MANAL Islamic School (MIS) in St. John's at the new location. The MIS will InshaAllah be the platform through which our children be educated, observed, and guided according to our deen. The orientation of the MIS will be this Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 10am to 12pm at the Adult Training Centre, Association for New Canadians, 148 Elizabeth Ave. St. John's, NL A1B 1S4. The school starts every Saturday, starting January 18, 2020 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Volunteering opportunities and contributions to MIS are open to everyone, therefore, interested members are encouraged to submit the appropriate registration form. There are three types of registration forms; student registration form, volunteering non-teaching registration form, and volunteering teaching registration form. Please fill and submit form(s) to MIS Chair and coordinator at MANAL.ISLAMIC.SCHOOL@GMAIL.COM by Jan. 13, 2020. These forms are also available below: As per the January 4, 2020 meeting decision, MIS will be led by Brother Abdelsalam Abugharara.
