InshaAllah we will be resuming the evening school for Quran studies on October 22, from 7-8pm. The first day will be a meet and greet day for both new and returning students and volunteer teachers.

There will be a General Body Meeting to discuss proposed changes to MANAL's Articles of Association (nomination of Board of Directors, etc). Please review for the meeting. MANAL will be happy to discuss any issues you may have with the proposed changes.

Date: Saturday, November 9, 2013
Time: 700-800pm (followed by Isha prayers)

Light refreshments will be served. All are requested to attend the meeting.

Amendments have been made to the articles of association for MANAL. These amendments will be discussed in an upcoming general body meeting in November. Further details will be coming in due course.

Insha'Allah Eid Al-Adha will be on Tuesday October 15, 2013. The first
Eid prayer in the Mosque will be at 07:45 AM and the second Eid prayer
at 08:30 AM.

We would like to wish you all a Happy Eid (Eid Mubarak). Insha'Allah
both you and your family will reap the benefits of the first ten blessed
days of this month and will have a Wonderful Eid Al-Adha.

MANAL Executives

The Muslim Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (MANAL) is organizing an Eid Fun Party on Saturday, 19th of October 2013, from 12 to 2.30 pm.

The party will be held at the facilities of Leary's Brook Junior High School located at 15 Larkhall Street.

Please join this community event to collectively celebrate Eid-ul-Adha and to treat your kids with an afternoon that will Insha'Allah be full of fun activities.

There will also be a few stalls which interested members of our community may rent for a fee to promote / sell non-food items such as clothing, jewelry and henna design.
