Interfaith discussion

We would like to hereby invite you to this year's Jewish-Christian-Muslim Dialogue on "God, Dignity and Human Rights". The dialogue will be held on Tuesday, March 11th, 7:30 p.m. at the Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation at Memorial University.

Lecture by Jerome Clare

We are pleased to announce the presence of Abu Hafsah AbdulMalik (Jerome) Clare amongst us from February 28th to March 2nd. During his presence he shall be giving a series of lectures and Khutbah at the mosque. His schedule shall be as follows:

Friday, February 28th: Khutbah at the mosque followed by lecture at MUN (EN2006 - Engineering bldg @ 5:30 PM as part of Islamic Awareness Week).

Saturday, March 1st: Lecture on Youth at the Mosque @ 5:30 PM.

Sunday, March 2nd: Forum for reverted brothers and sister at the Mosque after Dhuhr prayer (@ 1:30 PM)

Educational and Career Guidance & Emerging Leaders Program

You are invited to join the Educational and Career Guidance Program & Emerging Leaders St. John's Participation Opportunity.
The program will be held at the Masjid this Saturday, February 15th from 9 am - 12 pm.

Senior youths from the community who graduated from different Majors and started professional careers will serve as resource persons for Junior Muslim Youth that is, High School Graduates and University students. The students will learn more about different Majors and get insights into what career paths and the future holds for different Majors.
