Mosqure Reopening for Fajr & Isha on March 29

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Assalamu Alaikum We are pleased to inform you that, starting from this Monday, March 29th, our mosque will insha'Allah be reopening for Fajr and Isha prayers. As per the new public health restrictions under the new Alert Level 2, only a maximum of 50 people (including brothers AND sisters) will be allowed for each congregational prayer. Anyone who is 12 years and older may attend these daily prayers if they: are feeling well and not showing Covid-19 symptoms have not traveled in the last 14 days have not come in contact with a case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days are not required to self isolate by public health authorities When coming to and attending the mosque, please make sure to: have wudu at home (no wudu will be allowed at mosque washrooms) bring your own mask and prayer mat enter from the main door register at the main entrance by signing your name and contact information place your shoes in a plastic bag and keep them with you sanitize your hands as you enter and leave keep physical distancing and avoid socializing (no handshaking or hugging) never smoke in and around mosque premises never consume, offer or share food exit from the back door in an orderly fashion as soon as the prayer is over respectfully follow the instructions of our volunteers Also please stay tuned for our upcoming announcements regarding Ramadan arrangements. Mosque reopening for Jumah Prayer

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahu Wa Barakatuhu, Alhamdulillah, Avalon Peninsula, including St. John's, is now in Alert Level 4. Until further notice, Masjid Al Noor will remain closed for daily prayers to minimize the risk for our congregation. However, as of Friday, March 19th, we will insha'Allah reopen for Jumah and will have two Jumah sessions. As per public health restrictions, the maximum capacity for each Jumah session will be 10 PEOPLE ONLY. Due to limited capacity, only brothers will be welcome for Jumah under the current Alert level. Jumah registration links will insha'Allah be posted at MANAL website at 8 am on Wednesday, March 17th. Please remember that you can register for Jumah only if you are older then 12 years old and if you are healthy without any Covid 19 symptoms. Also, you cannot register or attend if you are self isolating due to travel history or any other public health restriction. Only those, who are successfully registered and received a registration confirmation email, will be admitted to Jumah prayers.
